Sachet is a former corporate lawyer, having advised on marquee transactions across M&A, private equity and venture capital. In light of his early exposure to the start up ecosystem in India as a lawyer, he had been advising early stage start ups with respect to fundraising, market positioning, corporate governance and scaling up strategies.
